Cardboard lids for thermoformed trays. We combine the sustainability of cardboard with the effectiveness of a perfect seal, meeting the needs of modern food packaging.
Ensures an airtight seal with a complete, quick, and clean opening of the tray. The lid is sealed with sufficient strength to ensure the total integrity of the product during transport, storage, and handling.
The lid paired with a heat-sealing film is designed to detach entirely from the tray, leaving the edge completely clean and free from film, glue, or cardboard fiber residues.
This technology combines the ease of peelable opening with the need for a visible tamper-evident seal on the container.
The lid is removed entirely, but a thin outline or ring of heat-sealed film, corresponding to the sealing area, remains permanently fixed on the edge of the tray.
